The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and cultivating a regional territory and selling the company's products and services to existing clients within the real estate property management industry.
This is a sales position requiring software sales experience preferably in the real estate space.
The Account Executive will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and identifying sales opportunities for existing clients in SEA
  • Managing sales activities to support business plans and revenue goals
  • Cultivating and managing professional relationships with prospect clients at the senior level
  • Becoming familiar with all product solutions, the competitive climate, and promoting company products in the marketplace
  • Conducting online and onsite presentations to demonstrate company's product offerings
  • Developing and executing outbound call and email campaigns
  • Participating and networking at industry events and tradeshows
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Maintaining accurate account information and forecasting details through a CRM system
  • Establishing sales pipeline, sales forecasts and updating accounts to support revenue growth
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing materials and programs
  • Participating in regular sales meetings to report on the status of all opportunities in the sales pipeline and new acquisitions to the pipeline


**This position will require frequent travel**
This position will require the following background and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience
  • 3+years of successful sales experience managing and developing a sales territory
  • Solid knowledge base in sales and ability to apply basic sales principles (i.e. lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, account management and closure)
  • Ability to effectively execute sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques
  • Ability to interface with all levels within the client organization to include individual properties, large portfolios and other senior leadership in large to mid-sized companies
  • Good, engaging presentation skills and ability to demonstrate product value
  • Ability to develop and maintain solid client relationships and effectively develop a sales territory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to internally motivate, work interdependently, and also work effectively with a team
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
  • Prior experience entering data into a CRM system to support up to date client contact and information
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Prior background in software sales, property management or accounting systems desirable
