You will work with other teams to implement, manage and upgrade the company's solutions on the hosted platform (SaaS) and provide technical advice for customers. You will also assist in the identification and resolution of critical system issues that impact business operations.
Job description:
- Install a new solution on the hosted platform
- Rollout an upgrade or patch to the SWIFT solutions
- Acquire tools to facilitate the analysis of operational data
- Monitor and analyse software maintenance activities
- Develop software transition plans
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to resolve problems
- Perform software real-time troubleshooting
- Investigate and analyse a technical production issue
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- At least 2 years of solid experience in applications support, enhancement and integration
- Knowledge in the following:
- Windows and Linux basic server administration
- Powershell and Unix scripting
- Relational databases (basic knowledge of SQL scripting and database administration)
- Networking concepts (TCP\IP, routing, switching, VLANs, Firewalls)
- Good to have:
- SWIFT solutions (Alliance Access / Alliance Gateway / SWIFT Net Link / HSM)
- SWIFT operations (messages, routing, PKI's, etc.)
- Experience in the Financial industry is a plus
