Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities involve providing program development support and attend to and resolve end-users issues/ requests.
To provide guidance and support on Applications usage to end-users.
To analyse users' requests and provide solutions by building interfaces or custom reports using Oracle Reports.
To produce proper user documentation and training for end users for new/added Application features and support developers on issues faced during the User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline with experience in system development and implementation.
Must have experience in supporting End Users.
Functional and Technical knowledge/ experience in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 and above (Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management).
Must have good working knowledge of Oracle SQL commands.
Experience in building Datamart is an added advantage.
