Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day issues raised during Production Operation.
- Support Maintenance activities of the Payment System
- Gain deep understanding of Application from Technical and Functional aspects.
- Interact with Application Users directly while providing support.
- Take ownership in managing and testing issues assigned and work with stakeholders.
- Conduct defect and release management with vendors and internal system teams.
- Review deliverables produced by the vendors.
- Support the handover and transition to operation teams.
- Support system UAT and Post Go-Live.
- Design functional improvement to streamline maintainability and to launch APAC region.
- Contribute actively towards planning activities related to future phases of the project.
- Lead one or more consultants within the team, when required.
- Share expertise through training and knowledge sharing sessions
- Take up additional/new projects from time to time as and when required.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- 8 years of IT experience with min. 4 years in banking software development
- 1 year experience working in any kind of Payment System.
- Experience working in Java related technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Weblogic, Linux, Oracle DB and Jenkins would be nice.
- Hands-on experience in software testing
- Experince in designing Design test scenarios and implement new or complex tests, investigating issues or gaps between actual and expected results
