Job Responsibilities:
- Following global guideline and policies to maintain the existing worldwide database
- Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
- Research online to verify global customer information
- Support global customer issues in a timely manner
- Translate content in other languages from database into English
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Experience with in-house CRM
- Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
- Fluent in English and another lagnauge (i.e. Malay; Mandarin; Japanese; German; French; Italian) to liaise with global customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays
