Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and perform analysis on a range of market systems with a focus on European markets
• Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
• Support global customer issues in a timely manner
• Translate text written in English to a European language (e.g. Spanish; German; French; Italian; Hungarian; Czech) and vice versa and edit content to maintain the accuracy of database
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Experience with in-house CRM
• Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
• Fluency in English is a must
• Business level proficiency (written) in another language (i.e. Spanish; German; French; Italian; Hungarian; Czech) to liaise with European customers in their native language and to ensure accuracy of database
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working schedule: Tues - Sat / Sun - Thur
