Responsiblitilies

• Perform functions associated with cGMP manufacturing operations for production facilities and equipment:

- Set up and calibration of equipment

- Prepare solutions, monitor and operate biochemical processing equipment

- Raw materials sampling, dispensing and environmental monitoring sampling

- Maintain housekeeping of the areas while adhering to Safety, cGMP and Biochemical Manufacturing guidelines.

• Adhere to the production plan, ensuring batches are produced right first time
• Collect and evaluate operating data using tools and programs including LIMS, SAP, automated control systems, etc.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Applicants with no experience are welcomed as training will be provided
• Proficiency of Microsoft and other software packages, SAP, LIMS, Atlas systems is advantageous
• Experience with cGMP documentation and record maintenance is preferred
• Shift work is required
