Responsibilities:
- Formulate long-term and short-term brand strategies, including planning of yearly marketing calendar and launches in line with brand directions
- Responsible for overall new product launching, introduce the new product with clearly defined benefits
- To create brand awareness through market research methodology and brand portfolio/profitability analysis.
- Ensure brand positioning or repositioning strategy is relevant to the requirements of target consumers through appropriate research and targeting.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of marketing calendar - launches and marketing campaigns to develop brand and maximise sales
- Manages the brand's budget and measuring ROI
- Accessing industry, competitor and customer trends and information, and providing detailed analysis
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of consumer marketing experience and relevant skills (Experience in healthcare and consumer goods is a plus)
- Experience in brand management and product launch skills
