The Business Analyst will be providing either functional support or technical support for a reputable organization.
Job description:
Functional Track Support
- Design solutions, develop and execute transition strategies with the managers
- Work closely with respective business product owners (POs) to identify and assess business requirements
- Liaise with various stakeholders including vendors and contractors to ensure minimal impacts to integrations
- Documentation of services process models
- Support the respective managers in sprint planning including execution of sprint activities to ensure timely project delivery
Technical Track Support
- Establish and execute overall data migration strategy and agency on-boarding plan
- Manage system integration efforts to ensure that the entire system is built in an efficient and robust manner
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the integration and data migration efforts
- Liaise with agencies on the technical requirements
- Facilitate the data migration and integration requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Stakeholder engagement, communication and management
- Strong analyzing skills
- Experience in project implementation
