Job responsibilities:

• Understand business processes , identify business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Assist in tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
• Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platforms
• Respond to system queries, perform troubleshooting, and conduct research to identify solutions to reported issues
• Identify issue trends and implement solutions or prevention methods to improve system stability
• Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience in delivering and supporting IT applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication with emphasis in technical writing skills
• Experience with working with Kiosk/POS applications will be a bonus
• Willing to learn new technologies and processes
