Our client is a leading Technology company that works on innovate Service Robotics for their clients across APAC market has established strongly in the region and is now in the search for highly motivated Business Development Manager to be part this excellent team in Singapore.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow senior level client and strategic partner relationships
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers Cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners
  • Deep understanding of business requirements - including customers, competitors, companies, voice-of-customers, customers' pain points and requirements …etc.
  • Contribute to the portfolio roadmap for the designated service and product lines
  • Point of contact on company's platforms and solutions
  • Product or solution champion of company with salesforce
  • Prepare and deliver product and solution trainings to KM salesforce and BIC AP Satellite Teams
  • Design and initiate building of the sales and service operation models that includes the process, channels, structure & organization design, and programs to maximize the operation performance
  • Produce content for collateral, product documentations, training material, presentations, and whitepapers to communicate product and installation know-how
  • Business planning and managing overall business plan to commercialize new businesses
  • Business development of pre-launch solutions or products to the market
  • Survey and investigate to validate the needs and values of new solutions
  • Recruit and manage POCs
  • Analyze the market and position new solutions to launch to market
  • Gain insights of new market dynamics for new business by acquiring potential competitors / alternatives information


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related discipline
  • More than 5 years' experience in sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
  • Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like cloud, mobile
  • Strong relationships with senior management at hospitals, partners, startups, venture capitalist, research institutes, and academic institutes in the eco-system
  • Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgement
  • Healthcare Industry experience is a mandatory
  • Strong analytical, planning, project management and execution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations for customers, partners and senior management
