• Conduct extensive analyses on business operations which meets the business need
• Gather data, perform gap analysis and develop solutions meet business need including sales and profit by region, market segmentation, Kind-of-Business, product group on monthly basis and proactively report any deviation to AP leaders
• Provide insightful analysis and decision support to the management team through presentations
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the operations to meet business needs and requirement
• Develop standard reporting format to ensure efficiency of submittals and progress tracking of all manufacturing projects

• Degree in engineering field is preferred
• 4 years of experience in Business and Operations Analytics role or a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment is a MUST
• Possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, good communications and story-telling / presentation capabilities
