Key Responsibilities:

• Operational and administrative lead of the Packaging CIT Software Team: managing assignment, work planning of software engineers
• Manage small and new software development projects and escalations from customer sites and production
• Provides technical cpoachong and support of software engineers
• Identify knowledge and experience gap and initiate or facilitate training and education accordingly
• Implement efficient work proccesses to improve collaboration within the team
• Drive the implementation of the department strategy into the workflow
• Participate in software development and debugging works as parts of the team when required

Key Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years of experience handling customer projects, engineering, application, field services and operation in Semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of IT Tool such as PLM, SAP, Lotus Notes
• Profieciency in Microsoft .Net framework in C#, WCF, WPF using MS Visual Studio
• Experience in version control in Mecurial or GIT
• Experience in PLC
