Key Responsibilities:
- Operational and administrative lead of the Packaging CIT Software Team: managing assignment, work planning of software engineers
- Manage small and new software development projects and escalations from customer sites and production
- Provides technical cpoachong and support of software engineers
- Identify knowledge and experience gap and initiate or facilitate training and education accordingly
- Implement efficient work proccesses to improve collaboration within the team
- Drive the implementation of the department strategy into the workflow
- Participate in software development and debugging works as parts of the team when required
Key Requirements:
- At least 6-8 years of experience handling customer projects, engineering, application, field services and operation in Semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of IT Tool such as PLM, SAP, Lotus Notes
- Profieciency in Microsoft .Net framework in C#, WCF, WPF using MS Visual Studio
- Experience in version control in Mecurial or GIT
- Experience in PLC
