❑ Drive retail sales of brands distributed by Company.

❑ Develop sales strategies with marketing teams to achieve growth objective in both retail stores and digital channels.

❑ Maintain retail operations SOP to ensure quality customer experience in stores.

❑ Work with stakeholders to establish and maintain excellent retails processes.

❑ Open new counters and support new product launches to drive retail sales.

❑ Perform regular visits to retail counters to ensure smooth operation.

❑ Ensure stock availability by arranging for stock replenishment in order to facilitate sales target achievement.

❑ Support daily operation tasks for departmental and retail stores such as monthly stock take, visual merchandising, CRM program, complaint handling, etc.

❑ Ensure that marketing mechanics by marketing teams are translated to the sales floor at the stores.

❑ Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail partners.

❑ Possibly supervise and lead a team of retail staff at counters over time with the growth in the retail channel.
