A leading IT solutions and managed services provider has built their strong footprint and further expanded their technology practices and solution offerings across Asia is in the hunt for a passionate System Engineer to join their exciting team in Singapore.
In this role, you will focus on managing and supporting on premise hyperconverged infra and public clouds.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand business requirements, share the best practices and make recommendations
- Managing of Cloud & System related infrastructure
- Patching of Server OS
- Documentations and upkeep of related documents.
- Responsible for providing timely updates to respective Business owners
- Work closely with vendors to address, track, execute and ensure proper closure of system support.
- Measure and Ensure SLA responses
Requirements:
- Experienced in handling systems infrastructure such as Servers, Virtualization, Storage, SAN switches, Backup, Hyperconverged and Cloud migration tools.
- Prior experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure will be beneficial
- No quota for foreigners
