Job Description
- Oversees a team of QS
- Handling all contractual administration, carry out quantities taking off during tendering / Site
- Assist in drafting Contract Agreement, Letter of Award & Intent, checking sub-contract documentations, negotiations and payments
- Discussion and recommendation of the prebid negotiated price to the top management
- Prepare Tender and issue contracts to contractors
- Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
- Prepare and finalization of subcontract document (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
- Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
- Implementing the master list and grading system to sub-contractor and supplier
- Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
- Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation
- Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order
Requirement
- Degree / Diploma holder
- Relevant QS and Contract experience in Singapore within Construction industr
- Experience in Pre & Post Contract
- Familiar with Singapore Regulation
(Candidate without Singapore working experience will not be shortlisted)
