Team Background
The team manages internal information and channels to deliver messages effectively and efficiently to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

In collaboration with global teams, conceptualize and develop accurate and engaging content to communicate internal updates and announcements across various medium: key documents, newsletters, speeches, emails, posts, designs, and more.
Support the development of initiatives, tools and resources (e.g. written resources, training sessions, kits) to level up the degree of communications support.
Ensure day-to-day Admin services are communicated clearly and manage the internal communication response to situations that affect departmental and company reputation.
Maintain and develop communication channels to ensure information reaches intended audience effectively and efficiently.
Advise other teams to ensure internal communication messages align with intentions and overall communication plans.
Operational and administrative support when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations.
Minimum of 3 years of communications experience preferably in internet, online or technology, or advertising/marketing sectors.
Strong writing skills in English.
Efficient proofreading ability and strong editing skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (inc. Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere) is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse local/international teams.
Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and expectations in a fast-paced environment.
