Customer Financial Services Representative (Hong Kong)

Responsibilities:

• Contact external/ internal colleagues and customers in Hong Kong within functional area
• Complete any administration related duties
• Financial/accounting knowledge will be a plus
• Communicate with non-English speaking colleagues based in Hong Kong pertaining to Credit and Collections documents in Hong Kong

Requirements:

• Education: Min. secondary education (O'Level) or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
• Business proficiency (written and spoken) in Cantonese to communicate with Cantonese-speaking counterparts based in Hong Kong
