Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a key project member/team lead/technical subject matter expert in new implementation / enhancement projects
- Project activities include but not limited to requirements gathering, setup/configuration, extension/customization design, testing, training, documentation, data migration, deployment, etc.
- Review all project outputs in relation to IT system deliverables from project development resources or vendor resources
- Define, maintain, and evolve design standards and guidelines, in line with overall standards and guidelines within the field of practice
- Create and deliver robust, sustainable and value-creating solutions to fulfill business needs, based on best practice in D365
- Perform or lead fit/gap analysis during workshops with business team between requirements and existing functionalities in D365 (Standard / Add on)
- Estimate development work as outlined and defined in requirements documents
- Document functional and non-functional designs as well as all types of solution components, such as configuration, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, data migration, and integrations
- Provide guidance, best practices, and procedures to developers building the solution
- Work with other team members to ensure that designs and solutions work together and fulfill requirements
- Research and review new technologies for applicability to solutions within the field of practice
- Review existing design patterns for applicability to solutions within the field of practice
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for assigned applications
- Coach and support business and IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) colleagues in subject matter knowledge and ways of working
- Be available for and suggest peer reviews of yours and others' work
- Be available for and suggest evaluation of lessons learned from tasks and activities
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or IT related fields
- At least 5 years experience in ERP large scale enterprise implementation of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Minimum 10+ years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 5+ years in D365 F&O
- Certified in Microsoft D365 AX or Dynamics 365 for F&O
- Experience in industry and D365 F&O
- Experience in dealing with ISVs and Ips
- Experience in Financial management integration with other D365 F&O areas (e.g. Financial Management) are required
- Experience of other F&O modules
- Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivated, and a desire to succeed
- Experience in a multi-cultural and multi-language business environment
- Familiar with High Tech Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Project)
- Good IT support and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in business as well as technical writing / documentation
- Good knowledge in application deployment & solutioning
- Good communication skills
