Research, maintain, and update various Point of Interests (POIs) data through social media and search engine onto maps application
Job Responsibilities:
Research, maintain, and update various Point of Interests (POIs) data through social media and search engine onto maps application
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily checks on data for business listings and POI
- Support local/overseas customer issues in a timely manner
- Perform evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the business data
- Validate, verify, create and correct the data
- Documentation on editing policy and approved sources
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- No relevant work experience needed
- Experience into technical support/ research or call centre experience (advantageous)
- Good communication skills
- KPI Driven environment
- 4-8 weeks of training provided
- Able to commence immediately
- 12 months contract (renewable)
- Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)
- Location: AMK
