Job Responsibilities:
- Perform integrity checks on data and business listings.
- Perform evaluation tools to ensure the integrity of the business data.
- Validate, verify, create and correct the data
- Documentation on editing policy and approved sources
- Translate content in Vietnamese into English for the team
Job Requirements:
- Business proficiency in Vietnamese (Oral & Written) with relevant certification [min. Level C in CEFR or equivalent] to liaise with Vietnamese-speaking counterparts based in Vietnam
- Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
- Fluency in English is a must
