Job Responsibilities
- Perform integrity checks on business data and business listings.
- Conduct research by gathering and analysing information written in Japanese and English
- Translate content in Japanese from database into English or vice versa Update information in English and Japanese
- Validate, verify, create and correct the data
- Making calls to Japan to contact Japanese-speaking customers to verify data
- Documentation on editing policy and approved sources
Job Requirements
- Able to read and write in Japanese ( min JLPT N2) to efficiently conduct research and translate content in Japanese to English or vice versa
- Proficiency in spoken Japanese (min JLPT N2) to liaise with non-English speaking locals in Japan
- No work experience required.
