Research, maintain, and update various Point of Interests (POIs) data through social media and search engine onto maps application
Responsibilities
Maps team is looking for a Data Analyst/Localisation Associate, that is places on 12 months renewable agency contract with the following responsibilities:
- Perform integrity checks on Point of Interest (POI) and business listings using Thai scripting and editing of contents online in Thai language
- Validate and attend to business claims through phone calls in a timely manner
- Venue creation (outdoor mall, shopping centre, university campus, or zoo), modifications in accordance with internal policy
- Ensure integrity of the POI & business data and meeting SLA expectation
- Proficiency Test of Thai as a Foreign Language (CU-TFL)
- Highly advanced in written Thai Language and Good English proficiency
- Location: AMK
- Working hour: 9-6pm with 1 hour lunch break (Monday - Friday)
- 14 days of AL
- KPI driven environment
- No experience needed
- 1-8 weeks of on the job training provided
- 1 year agency contract renewable
