Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on Danish markets, by gathering and analysing information written in Danish and English*
• Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
• Support global customer issues in a timely manner
• Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Danish and vice versa
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
• Able to read and write in Danish (min B2 CERF or equivalent) to liaise with Danish customers in their native language and to ensure accuracy of database.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Working schedule: Tues - Sat / Sun - Thur
• Good written and verbal communication skills
