Job Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on European markets, by gathering and analysing information written in Swedish and English
* Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
* Support global customer issues in a timely manner
* Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Swedish and vice versa
* Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

* Experience with in-house CRM
* Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
* Fluency in English is a must
* Able to read and write in Swedish (min. B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with Swedish-speaking customers in Europe and to ensure accuracy of database.
* Working schedule: Tues - Sat / Sun - Thur
* Good written and verbal communication skills
