Position Summary

Research, maintain, and update various Point of Interests (POIs) data through social media and search engine onto maps application

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily checks on data for business listings and POI
• Support local/overseas customer issues in a timely manner
• Perform evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the business data
• Validate, verify, create and correct the data
• Documentation on editing policy and approved sources

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of technical support/ research or call centre experience
• Good communication skills
• 12 months contract (renewable)
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice
• KPI Driven environment
• 4-8 weeks of on the job training provided
• Location: Yio Chu Kang
