Job Description:
Conduct thorough research and perform analysis on a range of market systems with a focus on markets in the Netherlands
Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
Support global customer issues in a timely manner
Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Dutch and vice versa
Liaise with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor Degree with 1 year of experience in technical support or other problem-solving position
Experience with in-house CRM
Fluency in English is a must
Able to read and write in Dutch (min. B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with Netherlands customers in their native language and to ensure accuracy of database
Working schedule: Sun - Thurs (office hours)
