Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on European markets, by gathering and analysing information written in French and English
• Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
• Support global customer issues in a timely manner
• Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to French and vice versa

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with 1 year of technical support or other problem-solving experience
• Experience with in-house CRM
• Fluency in English is a must
• Able to read and write in French (min. B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with French-speaking customers in Europe and to ensure accuracy of database.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working schedule: Tues - Sat, 9am-6pm
