Job Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on European markets, by gathering and analysing information written in German and English
* Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
* Support global customer issues in a timely manner
* Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to German and vice versa
*Liaise with German-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
* Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

* Experience with in-house CRM
* Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
* Fluency in English is a must
* Able to read and write in German (min. ILCE German B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with German-speaking customers in Europe and to ensure accuracy of database.
* Working schedule: Tues - Sat / Sun - Thurs
* Good written and verbal communication skills
