Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on European markets, by gathering and analysing information written in German and English
- Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
- Support global customer issues in a timely manner
- Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to German and vice versa
- Liaise with German-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor Degree with 1 year of experience in technical support or other problem-solving position
- Able to read and write in German (min. ILCE German B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with German-speaking customers in Europe and to ensure accuracy of database
- Experience with in-house CRM
- Fluency in English is a must
- Work shift: Tues-Sat, 9am-6pm
