* Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on Iceland markets, by gathering and analysing information written in Icelandic and English
* Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
* Support global customer issues in a timely manner
* Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Icelandic and vice versa
* Other ad-hoc duties
* Liaise with Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data

Job Requirements:

* Experience with in-house CRM
* Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
* Fluency in English is a must
* Able to read and write in Icelandic (min. B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with Icelandic-speaking customers in Iceland and to ensure accuracy of database.
* Working schedule: Tues - Sat / Sun - Thurs
* Good written and verbal communication skills
