Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and perform analysis on a range of market systems with a focus on markets in Russia
- Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
- Support global customer issues in a timely manner
- Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Russian and vice versa
- Liaise with Russian-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor Degree with 1 year of experience in technical support or other problem-solving position
- Experience with in-house CRM
- Fluency in English is a must
- Able to read and write in Russian (min. TORFL Level 3 or equivalent) to liaise with Russian-speaking customers in their native language and to ensure accuracy of database
- Working schedule: Sun - Thurs/Tues - Sat
