Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on Spanish markets, by gathering and analysing information written in Spanish and English
- Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
- Support global customer issues in a timely manner
- Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Spanish and vice versa
- Liaise with Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 1 year of technical support or other problem-solving experience
- Experience with in-house CRM
- Fluency in English is a must
- Able to read and write in Spanish (min. ILCE Spanish C1 CEFR) to liaise with Spanish customers in Spanish and to ensure accuracy of database.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working schedule: Sunday - Thursday
