Job Responsibilities

1. To set-up treatment room before patients arrive
2. To assist dentist efficiently in the treatment room in a range of dental procedures
3. To practice good infection control by sterilising and disinfecting the dental chair, equipment and instruments
4. To provide great patient care and service
5. To perform front desk duties with professionalism, courtesy and empathy
6. To register patients and ensure patient's records are up to date
7. To liase with customers regarding dental appointments and provide information and advise regarding enquiries
8. To order supplies and ensure that clinic's materials and inventories are sufficient

Qualifications

1. Applicants should be attentive to details and have good interpersonal skills
2. Reliable, responsible, willing to learn and able to work in a fast paced environment
3. At least 1 year of Dental assisting experience required
4. Must work at least 1 weekend
5. Professional appearance and attitude
6. Good command in English
7. Experience in using computers for a variety of tasks
