Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, edit, test and improve content including interface language, product education materials, product names, vocabulary and other content for company products
• Apply and maintain consistency with content standards via style guide and transform the voice and tone of company products
• Collaborate with product managers, operations and technical team to serve a global content audience
• Write, edit and review technical and user experience documentation to uphold operations, quality and regulatory standards
• Share your work actively to discuss ideas and feedback
• Contribute to localisation efforts across user-facing mobile apps and product materials
• Contribute to overall content style guide with new ideas from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Communications, Human-Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in writing and editing content for web or mobile applications
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiar with agile or scrum workflow
• A people-focused mentality to write and build products or features that have a meaningful impact
