Digital Operations and Sales Support

Responsibilities

  • End to End of a Transaction: supports transactions as appropriate for CPQ quoting, contracts, asset enquiries, special pricing (PER) support through to the Bookings process
  • Cross-functional liaison with Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Order Services, Global Trade Compliance and Channel teams
  • General key stakeholder support for Sales and Operational Leadership
  • Help to follow up with Distributor/ Partner on order issues, documentation requirements including as specified by Deal Risk Operations, and post sales issues by directly handling queries and issues as they occur
  • Support Segmentation methodology queries, reallocations and reviews on behalf of Digital Sales
  • Provide support for the regular sales cadences, such as weekly Forecast submission, Pipeline reviews, Daily Lead report and others specific to Digital Sales Programs and Initiatives
  • Leverage analytical platforms to provide recommendations on maximizing Installed Base, driving improved linearity and promoting CRM (SFDC) excellence in Digital Sales to support a Predictable, Accurate, Consistent Execution
  • Sales Ops Communications: Supports and monitors new Operations policies and procedures
  • Work closely with our Channel Partners to ensure that order related errors are minimized and that all enquiries are being addressed.
  • Drives quarter-end close activities



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Business related disciplines (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrate 2-4 years work experience in a Sales Support or Operations role
  • Experience in the IT, Software, Cloud/Subscription industries
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment; willingness to be an active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a full understanding of an area of specialization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; customer service skills; ability to deliver effective communication to sales representatives on and drive adoption of Sales Operations practices and policies
  • Computer literate, with the ability to learn new software programs with ease; skilled at using Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical skills; emphasis on business analysis
  • Experience with Excel, gathering data, creating pivot tables and generating reports
  • Experience in the following applications would be a plus: SFDC, Tableau, Power BI
  • Attention to Detail is a must; this is a position which requires a self-sufficient and reliable individual
  • Proactive Self-starter, especially in these days of remote working and video conferencing.
