• Oversee the execution of strategic programs to increase infocomm usage and digital literacy and e-payment adoptions
• Manage stakeholders internally and externally to run the digital transformation programs
• Build and enhance the relationship with key partners in public and private sectors to be align with the Digital Program objectives
• Work with education institution, industry and community partners to develop and deploy digital programs
• Develop strategies and oversee the marketing plans for outreach to public

Requirements

• Experienced in marketing, program management or policy formulation
• Good knowledge and understanding of infocomm technology trends and applications for end users
• Good and effective communication skills and able to influence public
• Good stakeholder management
• Passionate about people and interested in engaging with public genuinely
• Good leadership skills with experience in leading and coaching teams
