Job Description:

• Plans, delivers and executes Drive Test activities
• Responsible for Drive Test data collection activities of 5G, 4G and 3G Products
• Understand customer's requirements and provide appropriate response with solution and recommendation
• Prepare and deliver drive test activity
• Plan according to drive test methodology
• Assess performance of Drive Test KPI and requirement to achieve KPI target
• Coach juniors on the efficient utilization of design and measurement tools, including internal and external troubleshooting tools.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in 3G/4G or at least 1 year in 5G and have performed Drive test activity.
• Understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) theory and cellular theory
• Experienced in the use of RF testing equipment, e.g. Nemo, Actix, vector network analyzers, signal generators
• Good to have: Scripting and software skills, familiarity with established testing software
• Good communication skills to liaise internally and with customers externally
• Flexible and capable to work in fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations
• Willing to travel within Singapore for Drive Test activities
