• Lead day to day maintenance activities
• Be compliant to Singapore regulations, Solvay Life Saving Rules (LSR), Site Work Permit System (PTW), code of conduct, in house HSE rules and regulations.
• Manage preventive maintenance program efficiently
• Respond and organize corrective maintenance safely, timely and with good quality of work.
• Plant shutdown coordinator
• Conduct or participate in root cause investigation related major / key / critical equipment breakdown.
• Provide technical input for management of change related to equipment.
• Maintain good level of spare part, maintenance work tool / equipment and consumable items
• Ensure that maintenance work is performed within the given budget.
• Perform SAP activities, e.g. purchase items, inventory in/out, etc.
• Day to day SAP work order follow up and updates
• Managing technicians and contractors
• Degree in Engineering with experience in a similar capacity for a Petrochemical, chemical or related industry
• Able to troubleshoot all equipment related to E&I
