Job Responsibilities:

• Label user-generated content (UGC) such as pornography, violence, cyber attacks, etc. generated in games including pictures and text which are written in Chinese and English language
• Assists the safe operation of the game community content
• Enhances the user experience by finding various harmful content published by users based on the platform provided by the business for rapid processing.
• Maintain report, escalate issues and communicate with colleagues in both Chinese and English language

Job requirements:

• Business proficiency (written and spoken) in Mandarin (Min. B3 in 'O' levels Chinese or equivalent certifications) to communicate with non-English speaking counterparts in China, and read and report content written in Mandarin
• Business proficiency (written and spoken) in English (Min. B3 in 'O' levels English or equivalent certifications) to communicate with English speaking colleagues in Singapore, and read and report content written in English
• Proficiency in computer operation, gaming, and community content safe operations is a plus
• Proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand pressure
• Strong interest or experience in the gaming industry
