Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, develop and launch new products
• Plan new features, scale team to cover growing product technical support needs
• Develop scalable optimized product infrastructure to raise corporate efficiency
• Develop the project within deadlines to execute company tasks
• Deploy the products and se out working processes
• Define the application and other digital products architecture
• Manage company security, document security procedures
• Build APIs to connect with partners
• Come up with strong testing framework and architecture for QA and product testing
• Recruit, select, hire and grow the software application engineering team

The Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in technology with strong backend development experience
• Experienced in leadership role
• Good understanding of APIs
• Hand on experience with complex project management skills
• Good negotiation and partner management skills
