Job Description
- Spearheading the Operation, Service and Technical Department, to ensure service and customer quality processes
- Planning of budget and responsible for overall divisions P&L
- Ensure of company products process - quality, service, pricing, logistic.etc
- Monitor and develop improvement programs
- Ensure operation adhere to operating procedures, quality and safety
- Monitor production activities within workshop to maximise the use of resources and meet production specification schedule, cost and quality standard
- Manage staff and other resources to meet KPI
Requirement
- Degree holder
- Operation / Technical Management experience, within Engineering, Technology or Manufacturer space (IN SINGAPORE)
- Familiar in Mechanical engineering, preferably in mechanical pumping equipments
- Good leadership skill
(Candidate without Singapore working experience will not be shortlisted)
