  • Provide IT assistance and support to end users (desktops, laptops, printers, network, peripherals and application)
  • Responsible for procurement, document control, asset tracking & administration
  • Assist in the daily running of data center and server management
  • Provide assistance & support to IT Projects and adhoc request


  • Min Diploma in IT or related field
  • Min 2 years of IT end-user support working experience for 700-800 users
  • Good knowledge in Windows OS, Office Installation & troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
  • Customer Service, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, & Multi-tasking
  • Good verbal and written communication, negotiation and coordination skills
  • Self motivated, independent and able to work with a team
  • Resourceful and hardworking
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good working attitude with right mind set
  • Location: Bedok
  • 12 months renewable contract
