Job responsibility

• Operate and administer Azure based public cloud.
• Operate and administer On-premises servers running on virtual environment.
• Provide system upgrades and security patching.
• Operate and maintain backup facilities.
• Maintain and monitor system to ensure optimal performance and to meet established SLA commitments.
• Manage Active Directory, Office 365 email account.
• Provide IT technical support to all employees.
• Perform assets and inventory management.
• Maintain and updated documentation of IT system.
• Advise and recommend new technologies, services and methods for IT infrastructure to support business.
• Handle all IT equipment, software and services procurement.
  
  Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology. Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience as a IT Support System Engineering.
• Knowledge in enterprise IT infrastructure environment.
• Willing to provide support after office hour (occasionally).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
