A leading Cloud ERP Software company has strong footprint in the region is on the search for a passionate Inside Sales Representative in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales success of the assigned accounts with the ultimate goals to exceed the yearly sales revenue budget
Responsibilities:
- Drive run rate business with the existing customers
- Develop territory & demand plan and programs
- Build good rapport and remain high touch point with the existing customers via phone & email communication, virtual seminar, social media
- Demonstrate the company product and services' value to existing clients and identify the upselling & cross selling opportunities
- Deliver and ensure greatest customer satisfaction
- Deliver the promotion materials for both channel and direct customers
Pre-requisite
- At least 3 years' of experience in Inside Sales, in general commercial field, especially in listed company and holding companies environment
- Good Command of English language - proficient in email communication, and able to communicate well with external parties through telephone conferencing
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- A fast learner and can work well under pressure and drive for success
- Pleasant personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to close deals on the phone
