Job Description
- Formulating property Investment / Divestment strategies in Malaysia
- Identify and generate suitable investment opportunities including acquisition of income producing properties and development projects
- Drive and analyze lease process, identify issuse and recommend improvement
- Structure deals including tax structuring and negotiate deals to optimize return
- Manage feasibility studies, financial modeling, due diligence for projects
- Bid structure and negotiate management contracts and agreement
- Execute divestment of properties as and when required
Requirement
- Degree / Master holder
- Above 5 years of Real Estate Investment experience within Property industry in Malaysia
- Ability to work independently
- Strong financial and business insight
