Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional regional support for deployed software solutions, promptly troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring that any requests logged with the ticketing tool are resolved in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with a global team to migrate legacy applications to new technologies, such as Documentum, Lotus notes app, Sharepoint, etc.
Analyze business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, and design, develop, and implement software automation solutions such as Power Automate
Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements documents, functional specifications, and user manuals
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring project success
Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure software solutions meet business requirements
Participate in project planning, providing valuable input on timelines, resources, and risks
Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to software development
Provide onsite and regional helpdesk support based on request (one fifth of the time)

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
Certification in one or more domains, such as Project Management, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Sharepoint, Power Platform or any related certification
At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development
Proficient with analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Bonus if you have:

Experience in Document Management Systems, particularly in Documentum or Sharepoint
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
