My client, a reputable MNC, is looking for a Business Analyst to be based in their Accounting team to support and deliver the IT Application.
Job Description:
- Responsible for understanding Business processes and identifying business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
- Assist in tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platforms.
- Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related Disciplines
- At least 1-3 years working experience in delivering and supporting IT applications
- Exposure to finance industry practices and understand finance concepts like anti-money laundering will be preferred.
- Experience working in an agile scrum team.
- Familiar with process mapping tools such as Visio or Draw.io.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis in technical writing skills.
- Keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business processes and process re-engineering.
