Job Description

• Provide first level end user desktop support
• Maintain an accurate local IT inventory of computers, tablets, mobiles and ensure junior staffs follow the processes to maintain the accuracy of the inventory
• Execution of IT projects & policies implemented by Assistant IS&T Manager
• Fundamental basic network support (Cabling/Switch/Connectivity)
• Execution of IT setup for new office and retail counters on Hardware/Software/Network
• Independent support function for first level troubleshooting to company premises in Singapore on Point-of-Sales (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Maintain IT hardware & software inventory list which includes distribution process
• Perform stock take for IT assets
• Ensure good documentation of IS&T policy and processes
• Sourcing of quotation whenever necessary
• Induction for user on Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Windows Server OS support and administration
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and Access
• Knowledge in networking
• Knowledge in scripting languages like batch and Windows Powershell will be good to have
• Minimum 2 years and more of experience in server and workstation support in Microsoft environment
• Minimum 2 years and more of experience in supporting end users located in multiple locations
