The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the assigned project/team.
Job Description:
- Ensure incidents are resolved within the service level agreement
- Manage and consolidate reports and provide secretariat function for meetings/forums
- Work with project managers to track patch cycles and software certificates
- Provide administrative support to all aspects of authorisations and other requests on system managed
- Manage all incident cases and analyze the trend
- Support IT audit activities when required
- Any ad-hoc IT operation assignments and tasks
Job Requirement:
- At least a Diploma or Degree with years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT operations or project management
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
